✦ a small chocolate-flavoured corner of the internet ✦
Web design, IT support, and networking for homes and small businesses.
About
My last name is Wilkinson. Slugworth is a nod to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, where the mysterious Mr. Slugworth offers a golden ticket. It makes the name easier to remember, and it sets the tone for how I work: web design, IT help, and networking done properly, for anyone who needs it.
I help homes and small businesses get their technology working the way they expected: websites that present you well, networks that run without fuss, and support that explains things in plain language.
Services
For homes and businesses of any size. Remote support available, on-site when it helps.
A done-for-you website and professional email on your own domain. Built in 48 hours, one flat annual price.
Your technology looked after on one flat monthly price with updates, real backups, monitoring, and a human on call. Annual saves a month.
Clean, honest websites for small businesses and personal projects: fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to update. Or let Sweetspot handle it end to end, with a finished site and email on your own domain for one flat annual price.
Practical help with everyday problems: printers, email, slow machines, and networks that will not cooperate. Fixed quickly, and explained in plain language.
If your internet drops, your business doesn't have to. A second 4G/5G connection that takes over automatically in seconds, so card payments and email stay online.
If your project does not fit one of the categories above, ask anyway. If it is not something I handle, I will point you to someone who does.
Outside of work
Most of my spare time goes into one of these.
A home server rack handling media, backups, and a steady rotation of self-hosted services.
Gaming, board games, and an ongoing habit of researching gadgets far past the point of necessity.
Time outdoors with boots or a paddle. The best reset after a day of troubleshooting.
